Seahawks interview Rams' assistant coach
Art Valero, an assistant offensive line coach for the St. Louis Rams, has interviewed with the Seattle Seahawks, according to Jim Thomas of the St. Louis Post Dispatch.
Valero, 51, presumably would be seeking the same position with Seattle, given Pete Carroll already has hired veteran offensive line coach Alex Gibbs.
Hasselbeck to Hawks bench? Mora was tempted

This season was supposed to be one of rebirth for the veteran quarterback, who was looking for a return to the form that earned him three trips to the Pro Bowl.
Mike Holmgren confirms interest in Seahawks opening

Mike Holmgren talked plenty about the Seahawks' situation Friday during his weekly radio show on KJR-AM.
He said he'd be interested in talking to Seahawks owner Paul Allen and CEO Tod Leiweke, talked about the offensive line as an area that needs to be evaluated and discussed the delineation of front-office responsibilities across the NFL.
Vick to Seattle?
The News Tribune is reporting that the Seattle Seahawks are possibly showing great interest in Michael Vick. “Seattle Seahawks head coach Jim Mora knows Michael Vick better than most folks involved in the NFL because of the three seasons he served as the head coach of the Atlanta Falcons during the shamed quarterback’s tenure. However, Mora’s not talking.”
Shaun Alexander Remains in Seattle
The MVP Running Back Shaun Alexander has re-signed with the Seahawks. He signed a 8 year deal worth $62 million. And it Includes $15.1 Million guarantees.
